Main responsibilities include: You will lead the discipline of Content Design within the Design organization focused on defining how content fits into our core product experiences. The team will be responsible for crafting engaging content for Volvo’s product experience that aligns with brand, user needs, and business purposes. You and your team will define strategies, execute projects and coach people and partners in the process needed to make this a great part of the experience. The team will work a lot with copy, but content in this case also includes defining information Head of UX Content Design 2 architecture and content strategies across multiple touchpoints in the user journey. You will also collaborate with partners and stakeholders in Design, Brand, Marketing, and elsewhere to align the content experiences. As a founding member of the practice, help evangelize the content strategy discipline and processes across the company.

Who you are: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field. 8+ years content design experience. 5+ years managing people. Excellent writing and editing skills, geared toward consumer products. Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns. Excellent analytical skills. Proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross- functional partners Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
