Your work As a Backend developer, you are part of a squad where you, together with other developers, have full responsibility for a digital service. You will collaborate with other backend developers in the squad and the languages used are mainly Java, Javascript and serverless framework. As a talent during the program, you will have your own mentor and receive coaching, training courses, and establish a professional network with each other. All talents during the program will also complete a project together where you can utilize each other’s competence and diverse background.
