Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Tools & Products Assistant to join our Stockholm team.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the development and implementation of custom plugins for Jira using Forge (JavaScript) under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine their requirements to ensure they are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture diagrams to effectively communicate proposed solutions to stakeholders and team members.
- Create, test, and debug LogicApps flows to automate and integrate business processes when required or during downtime.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of developed plugins and solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's success.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on the progress of assigned tasks to project managers and team leads.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users and internal team members.
We believe that you have:
- Experience in fields related to Computer Science or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in JavaScript and familiarity with Forge is preferred.
- Knowledge of Jira and its application in software development projects.
- Experience with LogicApps, Azure, or other integration platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, technology-driven industry.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
