What you will do 

We are looking to strengthen our team, with an QA engineer who would be responsible for quality assurance of Telenor.se purchase flows. This application is used by our end customers to buy hardware’s, subscriptions, sims and transfer their subscription etc. The main responsibility of the team is to build the Frontend and a backend of orchestration services and API’s to be consumed by the client.
 

You are a highly specialized QA Engineer, with a focus on web, motivated by technical challenges and delivering top quality. As a QA Engineer you are used to work in close cooperation with both backend and frontend developers in your team, coaching them and being an ambassador of good quality, automation principles and you will also help us to define our goals within automation and test in general.
* Create test plans, test suites, and automation test
* Test data and test environment preparations
* Lead and own the QA Strategy within team to meet the product requirements
* Support product owners in reviewing and detailing user stories with a focus on risks and acceptance criteria
* Help the team’s breakdown the work and estimate the time/ efforts needed to deliver them with quality
* Lead feature development and coach fellow teammates
* Collaboration with testers in other teams to share knowledge and solve problems together

You have previous experience in QA Automation and are experienced in designing architectural QA automation frameworks for API and web tests. You have solid skills in Selenium, RestSharp, Nunit, C#/.NET and OOP.
* Strong experience with continuous integration processes and tools (Jenkins). CI tools setup, tuning and configuration
* Experience of working with version control systems (e.g. Git and others)
* Experience with SQL Server and queries
* Experience with virtualization environment management, Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS)
* In-depth knowledge of test automation approaches and procedures
* Good knowledge of different testing methods, techniques
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum

Preferred knowledge:
* Maven
* AWS (for tracking events/logs using Cloudwatch)
* Elastic Stack (Kibana, APM or similar log aggregation/tracing tools)
* Grafana / Prometheus (or similar monitoring tools)
* Swagger
* Jenkins
* Performance Testing Tools (eg. Jmeter etc)
