Scrum Master

Smartsign is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team and help us drive our digital signage products to the next level. As a Scrum Master you will play a critical role in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies for multiple cross-functional teams.

- Help the product manager define and prioritize product requirements and user stories.

- Collaborate with the product manager to develop and maintain a product backlog.

- Work closely with the product manager to ensure timely delivery of software products.

- Help ensure that the team is adhering to Agile/Scrum best practices.

- Coach and mentor team members on Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within the team.

- Work closely with the product team to develop and execute product roadmaps.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum best practices and experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

- Familiarity with product management practices and experience collaborating with product managers to define product requirements and roadmaps.

- Knowledge of software development practices and experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers.

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bonus skills:

- Experience with Azure Devops and Confluence.

- Familiarity with software development technologies such as .NET, Angular, and Node.js.
