Product Launch Manager

We?re looking for a Launch Manager to facilitate the launch of new games.

Your objective is to secure that we launch our games with quality and your primary focus is to support the game teams during their launch. You are the owner of the launch process and thus responsible for constant improvements of it.

You?ll be a part of the central Business Performance Operations team whose overall objective is to deliver Production & Launch planning and tracking beyond top industry levels.

Your role within our Kingdom

As a Launch Manager you will be the main point of contact for all the game teams in order to secure a qualitative launch of the game. Once a game is approaching Playtest you will initiate your dialogue with the game team and follow their journey until they go live.

Your responsibility will be to drive and co-ordinate all activities around the launch process to secure we successfully launch a game. That includes:

?Ongoing dialogue and support to the game teams (ensuring they know what needs to be done and by when)
?Being on top of all game?s launch status, ensuring internal communication is updated with the latest launch updates
?All assets in relation to launch process is up to date and easy to use for the game teams (i.e. checklists, tools)
?Communication and interaction with internal functions and other key stakeholders in the launch process
?Scheduling sign-off meetings prior to entering the next launch phase and moderate some of these meetings
?Holding post-launch retrospectives with the game team in order to improve the launch process
?Knowledge transfer on how we?re launching mobile games within King
?Making sure that the launch process is kept alive, developing it with the company?s changing needs

?Ability to define, set-up and operate processes in a fast paced and changing consumer tech environment
?Project Management and a highly structured way of working
?Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
?Experience in delivering online consumer product launches across multiple geographies
?Solid understanding of the games industry
?Excellent communicator. Strong, relationship and influencing skills
?Service minded approach
?A passion for casual and non-casual games

The role requires occasional travel.
