Software Engineer

Development is conducted with a human-centric approach using Agile/DevOps practices in software and hardware lifecycle management.

Assignment
In this position,  you will work in an agile environment where you as a developer are expected to bring solutions all the way from the reviewing stage to production-ready functionality, while also working with code reviews and setting up plans for how to architect the code to have top-notch quality and allow for quick changes. You will participate in the entire development process, from understanding needs to solving them. You will also contribute to DevOps practices, be part of the Developer Community of practice, and build cutting-edge products and services that deliver value to the customers.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
- At least 4+ years of documented experience of working as a backend and frontend developer
- Strong coding and networking skills
- Proficient in the following programming languages and technologies:
° Python
° Typescript
° SQL databases
° Microsoft Azure cloud services
° App Service
° React
° Azure DevOps
- Proficient in Software and Hardware Lifecycle Management
- Proficient in DevOps practices
- Professional proficiency in English

Personality
- Creative, innovative, and proactive team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Continuously striving to develop skillsets by networking internally and externally
- Willingness and curiosity towards developing a T-shaped profile by expanding knowledge into one or more other specializations
- Understanding, applying, and following Agile team principles and events
- Motivated by user needs, user journeys, and problem-solving, to apply to the product teams' outcomes
