As a Software Development Consultant, you will be working in our clients team and together with competent colleagues: solve problems, create fantastic solutions and continuously develop your professional skills.

You will join a new team for each assignment where you will meet new people who will become friends and contacts for life.

The assignments are between 1-2 years and are linked to development projects that are always cross-functional. You can enter different stages in the development, either continue development of an existing product or development of a completely new product.

You have full support and coaching from your consultant manager and ESSIQ in everything you do to make you feel the sense of belonging, which lays the foundation for wanting to and making sure, you will deliver!

We are looking for developers with a few years of experience of software development or embedded system engineering eager to:

• Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide software consulting services to help them achieve their goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions for our clients' products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and deliver solutions.
• Continuously explore new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in C/C++, Python, and other programming languages.
• Experience with real-time operating systems or embedded systems or hardware design.
