We are now looking for a backend developer to our team who is setting the stage and capabilities into My Scania, which is our Customers’ digital entry point. What we do
We are responsible for the My Scania platform as well as applications for generic administrative functionality as how to invite users and administrate them. The rest of the content is delivered as services from other teams.
We are responsible for making sure that all these services can onboard this digital eco-system and provide them with the needed capabilities.

What you can expect

Your primary focus will be on supporting our customer facing applications by building backend capabilities that will ensure that our applications reach premium quality but also elevate your team members with your knowledge.
You will be part of a DevOps team that design, develop and maintain the different applications and features, always in a close collaboration with our UX and Front-end developers to always understand and fulfil our user needs.
The technologies and tools we mainly work with are AWS service such as CloudFront, API Gateway, Fargate, Lamda functions and DynamoDB. The development is mainly done in .NET, JavaScript and typescript. We write infrastructure as code, using AWS CloudFormation and Gitlab as DevOps tools.
Lastly, following technical trends and raising innovative new features will also be part of your daily work.
