In this journey, we have a position for one ¨IT Architect¨ in the area of Integration Excellence, a part of Common banking functions.

About the role

This is a role for an IT architect with DevSecOps mindset and a passion for development. You will technically lead a team of integration developers in delivering large and complex API solutions. You will be responsible for the design of the APIs supporting customer experiences on various channels (web, mobile, etc.) as well as integrations with partners and suppliers. This person will be involved in hands-on development along with the team.

- Collaborate with different IT and non-IT stakeholders like product owners, suppliers, IT security to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform system analysis, design, development, and maintenance for API-led and Microservices architecture applications on cloud-based and container platform.
- Create and maintain design documentation and artifacts like sequence diagrams, component diagrams, etc.
- Participate in Resurs Architecture Forums
- Provide architecture and design guidance to the agile development team and focus on the reuse of functionality.
- Ensure that the development team develops, configures and implements the solution in line with enterprise architecture
- Keeping up to date on best practices in cloud computing and market trends.
- Suggest and drives continuous improvements and best practices.

Experience and qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in IT industry (at least 2 years as an Architect) preferably with experience of full stack application development.
- Hands-on experience in API / Microservice development in Java, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, RESTful API, RabbitMQ, JSON, Swagger, Open API, Kafka etc.
- Hands-on experience in Spring security features like authentication (e.g OpenID), authorization (e.g. oAuth) and signing is a must.
- Experience in working with Openshift and/or AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, GitLab, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipeline is a plus.
- Knowledge of technologies such as databases, storage and networking infrastructure is nice to have.
- Hands-on experience in monitoring systems like Prometheus or AppDynamics
- Experience in running performance tests and handling non-functional requirements.
- Should be able to collaborate with IT security for penetration tests, able to interpret penetration test results. Suggest and implement solutions to fix penetration test results.

You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages.

Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. Most of the IT organization is located in our offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. This is a full-time position based in Malmö, Sweden (10 mins from central station). Working hybrid is normal for us.
