Product Manager

Precisely is a fast-moving tech scale-up operating in the legal technology space, offering a simple solution to a complex issue - contracts. By creating a single solution for all contract-related matters, we strive towards a future with less administration and more time for business.

We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our team of 30 professionals. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving our product roadmap forward and working cross-functionally across the entire organisation.

What you will do:

You will be taking the role of our first Product Manager, working with the larger Product team consisting of UX designers, frontend developers, backend developers as well as QA engineers. In this role, you will take ownership of our product data, finding ways to improve the product while working with the product roadmap to create a modern web application that automates the work of legal teams.

- Working with our product data, analyzing and finding opportunities to improve customer value

- Working as a part of the development cycle to ensure no questions come up during development.

- Working pro-actively with the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritizing in close collaboration with development and design

- Creating alignment on our vision, the product roadmap and KPI's within the product team and throughout the organization

- Understanding the markets and competitors landscape in which our product operates, and always taking decisions in favour of the customer

- Using qualitative and quantitative insights and validating hypotheses with user

What we'd like you to have:

- We believe you have a few years of professional experience working with B2B product management

- Experience of working with product data/analytics

- A humble and pragmatic approach toward collaboration and technical decisions

- A collaborative approach to your work, using your team as your greatest resource for success

- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and training skills.

- Fluent in English - but any other languages is always a big plus (Swedish is not needed or required)!
