We have an exciting cross-over opportunity between Human Resources (People Experience) and Digital, where we are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge between our users and the HR Digital Solutions.    

You will be part of a product team called Talent Acquisition, which handles global processes for attracting, recruiting on- and offboarding of employees and contingent workers as well as the global mobility of employees. We operate in a global community creating innovative, future focused solutions and the Business Analyst is the indispensable link between stakeholders across the organization and the product team.   

Our mission is to provide remarkable user journeys for people looking to join Volvo Cars, managers who are out to find the right people, recruiters supporting them, and other stakeholders involved in this journey.  A great thing about our team is we are present in several countries yet work in a harmonized way together with stakeholders all over the globe. We have an ambitious roadmap for 2023 and onward and there are huge development and learning opportunities for people joining our team.    

What you'll do:
In this role you will be part of a truly cross-functional agile team where HR (PX) and Digital competencies meet and shape each other. Depending on your interests and ambition this is an opportunity to broaden and deepen your knowledge in areas such as Recruiting, On- and offboarding and Global Mobility of all employee and contingent worker categories e.g. office workers, factory workers, etc.  as well as growing your competence in several applications supporting these areas globally such as SuccessFactors recruitment management, onboarding, offboarding, Fieldglass, ECA, etc. Duties will include: 

* Understanding business needs and documenting processes and data flows
* Mapping “as is” and defining “to be” processes through discussion with stakeholders and product team
* Aligning requirements globally and communicate clearly with all stakeholders involved
* Analysis of new tools to complement or replace existing tools in our talent acquisition landscape and familiarity with RFI/RFQ processes
* Using problem solving, visualization, communications, and problem-solving skills to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and team members
* Contribution to various agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, Sprint and PI plannings.  

What you'll bring:
We believe that you have a university degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, IT or Business and at least 3 years of continuous experience as business analyst in talent acquisition area. The ability to break down challenges and make them clearly understandable to both business stakeholders and digital teams is what is going to make you successful in this role.  

Furthermore, we see that you have: 
* Human Resources domain knowledge specifically in Talent Acquisition area
* Skills and experience in information models and end-to-end process mapping including user journeys/UX.
* Experience from work in projects and/or a product context with implementation and enhancements of digital solutions, where you have translated business needs to process and digital solutions 
* Great facilitation and communication skills and fluent in English 

And the following is welcomed: 
* Experience and certificates from e.g., BABOK, Six Sigma, collaborative agile practices such as impact and story mapping and you can apply the tools in your day-to-day work. 
* The ability to apply business analysis skills in an agile context and write epics, features, and stories in an effective format 

You have an analytical mind-set and ability to conceptualize and visualize gathered information in a structured and educational way using established techniques. 
You are a true collaborator with a growth mind-set, and you enjoy bringing people from different areas of expertise together to solve real problems.
