Your.Rentals is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer that has the experience, knowledge and skills needed to drive the future evolution of our web and mobile application.

Our company is on an exciting growth journey and as a member of the Malmö Product team, you will work together with our two UX/UI-designers to scale up our product offering, by optimising our UX design process and Design System, to support smooth implementations.

As an important stakeholder in our cross-functional teams, you will also collaborate closely with both Product Managers and our development team in Hanoi. You will be designing wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes of new and existing interfaces that optimise the user experience, adoption and satisfaction.

Because our cutting edge application is proprietary, we have full control of priorities, usability and performance on the platform - you will have direct influence and impact on its success.

What you will be doing

• Leading the UX Process by assessing insights of user behaviour from web analytics and screen recordings to improve existing features for a better user experience.
• Conducting UX research, user testing and engaging key stakeholders and developers to build a business case.
• Collaborate in Cross-Functional teams, turning high level requirements into innovative workflows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, informed by design patterns and your experience.
• Continuously improving and implementing the Design System by maintaining and updating the element inventory to establish a consistent design pattern.
• A/B-testing and analyse the use of new and existing features and services on our web and mobile application

What you’ll definitely need

• 3-5 years relevant work experience
• Analytic and strategic mindset applying a structured process on your work that is both iterative and incremental, emphasising on user-centered design practices
• Strong UX and UI design and prototyping experience, using tools such as Figma (preferred) and Adobe Software, with a strong visual aesthetic and an eye for details
• Passion for solving people’s need, an up-to-date knowledge and an “always learning” mentality
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team based, learning environment
• Great communication skills and a knack for presenting results to a group in a clear, digestible style
• Strong written and spoken English language skills

What we’d love you to have

• Experience working within an Agile software development team, using Jira and Confluence to plan and document your work
• Knowledge of maintaining, implementing and improving Design Systems for multiple applications
• Demonstrated ability to write Standards-compliant, semantically correct HTML and clean, well-structured CSS
• Design experience with WordPress
