Customer Project Manager

Customer Project Manager (CPM) will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from the customer's perspective. As a CPM at Kognic, the successful candidate will be acting as a client account/project manager, or product expert depending on what the situation requires. They will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that customers' needs are met and that they receive the best possible service. The CPM will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers. You don't do this alone; you will be a part of the account teams together with Perception Experts, Data Delivery Project Managers, Customer Success Engineers and Key Account Executives.

The CPM will play a critical role in shaping the future of Kognic by being the expert of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing projects in the automotive sector and excellent communication skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the KAE and Account Team to define client projects scope, objectives, timelines, and budget

- Monitor multiple projects’ schedule and ensure that the projects are progressing according to plan

- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget

- Identify potential risks to the project and work with the Account Team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

- Communicate with stakeholders, including the Account Team, the customer, and any other parties involved in the project, to ensure that everyone is informed of project status and any issues that arise

- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing customer expectations and ensuring that the project meets the customer's requirements and objectives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in project management or related field

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on customer-facing projects

- Experience of working in automotive industry

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
