Senior Backend/DevOps Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Backend/DevOps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and experience with DevOps processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend systems for our applications.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with other developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Continuously improve our DevOps processes and infrastructure.
• Mentor and coach junior developers on best practices and technical skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development using languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Experience with DevOps processes and tools, including containerization, orchestration, and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of databases and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
