YOU WILL

As a member of our product team, you will participate in the product discovery process to gather valuable data that informs product enhancements. Therefore, it is crucial that you possess experience working with corporate users and collecting user feedback. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and designing user-centric products that cater to our customers' needs. Additionally, you will work closely with other teams to guarantee the successful delivery of a top-notch product.

To be successful in the role, we would like to see that you have:

- Analyzed existing products and user flows to improve user-friendliness and performance.

- Designed and created user interfaces, interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to demonstrate product features and user flows, using a Figma-based design system.

- Tested prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to ensure that they meet design goals.

- Worked with developers to implement design solutions.

- Stayed up-to-date with new design methods.

YOU ARE

You have an innovative mindset and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to think strategically and tactically, collaborate effectively with others, and communicate well. You are passionate about solving problems and have experience in user research and data analysis. To excel in this role, you must also be inquisitive, eager to learn, and stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and technologies. Furthermore, you approach your work with a focus on the customer.
