AI Developer

We are seeking an AI Developer to join our team at Tradera. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing AI systems that help drive the transition to sustainable shopping. You will work closely with our data, product and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that make it easier for our users to buy and sell secondhand items.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI models and algorithms that help drive sustainable shopping

- Work closely with data, product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for using AI to improve our platform

- Use machine learning tools and techniques to develop predictive models for user behavior and recommendation.

- Analyze data and develop statistical models to improve platform performance

- Collaborate with other team members to integrate AI solutions into our platform

- Build prototypes to demonstrate AI solutions to internal stakeholders

- Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability

- Keep up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends

- Document AI models and algorithms for future reference

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

- 1+ years of experience in AI development

- Strong programming skills in Python, or other languages used for AI development

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Knowledge of how to set up pipelines and some data engineering is a plus

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
