UX Designer

Your role

As UX Designer your role will primarily be part of a cross-functional team in an agile set-up with product manager, developers, QA and research. You will be designing complex user experiences for our digital interfaces targeting both end-users and internal operational users.

As an experienced UX Designer your responsibility is to carry a long-term horizon of strategic vision, as well as hands-on design and deliver together with product team.

In your role you are required to participate and represent UX all the way from ideation to delivery. You will design new features/functionalities such as utilities, actionable insights, visualisation of security data – and you need to collaborate with both product team and the central design team.

An important part of your responsibility is to align the digital experiences with other products, designers, engineering and AI-teams. Collaborate on design system and SCL components to make your work easy to re-use and scale to other product teams.

Experience

• Mid to senior / minimum 3 years working experience from working as a UX designer
• Experience from working in a large corporation in an agile environment with product development
• Extensive experience from designing web interfaces, and from designing Android and iOS apps

Responsible for

• Knowing the users of the products and feel empathy for their needs
• Making sure our designs are validated through qual and quant insights
• Create information architectures and structure content
• Interaction design
• Heuristic evaluation of designs
• Turn insights into tangible value for users

Key tasks

• Identifying user needs
• Design experiences
• Synthesise user data and research to create user flows, wireframes, information architecture and interface mockups
• Identify and innovate on opportunities in user needs
• Initiate qualitative testing and analyze the results
• Be part of initiating quantitative experiments and analyze the results
• Facilitate workshops and work closely with the team and other stakeholders
• Together with our team, contribute to developing best practices
