Software Engineer (C++) to SEB in Stockholm

As a Software Engineer (C++) at SEB in Stockholm you will develop and future proof business critical systems

In this role you will work with a system that is connected to SEB:s trading platform which enables trading at markets over the world. You as a Software Engineer will drive development of the platform and make sure it works flawlessly and develop new functionality. You and the team will have a focus on security and make sure that the system can handle the challenges of the future. At SEB in Stockholm you take responsibility for what you develop and be there from idea to execution.

About the Position

As a Software Engineer at SEB in Stockholm you will work with:

• Maintaining and driving the development of the platform forward
• Working with automation to keep the platform modern and secure
• Supporting other teams

Your Team and Workplace

You will work in the team called Tbrick Retail which is 4 members at the moment looking to be 5. The team works a lot with knowledge sharing and likes to solve problems together. The team takes pride in what they develop and see how important the platform is for SEB.

We are working according to a remote hybrid model - when we are not working from home, we enjoy the facilities of Sweden´s largest office building located in Solna. The office offers amongst other things great restaurants, a gym with training classes, and events throughout the year

Your Profile

To succed in this role, we see that you have experience working with C++ and automation. Furthermore, we see that you have experience with Linux, scripting (bash or python) and CI.

What is most important however is your interest, commitment, and eagerness to learn! We believe you, like us, value teamwork and like to discuss technical solutions with your team to create customer as well as business value. Being perceptive for opportunities and requirements as well as communicating these are second nature for you.
