Specialist Talent Program Embedded Systems

This talent program will give twelve newly graduated engineers in Gothenburg and Lund the best start to their careers through a variety of work and training hosted by industry experts. This is a great opportunity if you want to kickstart your career in automotive.

Your profile:

- BSc or MSc within the field of engineering and knowledge within computer

science principles and programming languages such as C, C++, Rust, and/or Python.

- Based in Gothenburg or Lund

- Fluent in English

This is a truly unique specialist talent program

This position is a part of Hubbau's talent program which is a collaboration together with one of the most famous automotive companies in the world, also known as Swedens greatest pride.

During the 12-month talent program, you will be employed by Hubbau and work as a consultant in your specific role. After that year, the ambition is that your employment smoothly will transition to your employer at your assignment. Our goal is for you to have a fun and rewarding first year where you will be equipped with the best conditions for the future and your professional life.

You will get an expanded network and take part in 12 training days in areas such as automotive software development, cybersecurity, system safety, complex problem solving and team building. These courses are provided in collaboration with our sister companies Vinnter, Redigo and Pollen – all experts in their respective fields. Additional domain-specific modules will also be added during the year to ensure the best possible start.

 About the department

They are one of Sweden's greatest prides. They have for several years been voted and ranked at the top by both BSc & MSc students as "the most attractive employer" within tech in Sweden.

The department of Core System Software are building the next generation high-performance in-vehicle compute cluster designed to host vehicle application, from basic vehicle state machines to advance active safety and autonomous drive functionalities for our coming generation of pure electric and self-driving car models.

In other words, instead of multiple electronic control units around the car to control individual features and systems, the next generation cars will have a centralized computing with a core system platform that serve as a platform for stakeholders and partners to deploy applications on.
