What you can expect

As our UX/UI designer, you'll work closely with our product owners, developers, and business experts to design the best user interfaces for our internal web applications. You'll conduct user research, design UI/UX flow, and work alongside developers to deliver perfect solutions that prioritize both functionality and usability. Plus, you'll stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to participate in requirement analysis meetings, guide and support our front-end developers in UI development, lead improvement work, collaborate in UX/UI design forums at Scania, and more. We're looking for someone who is curious about customer and user needs, constantly searching for creative methods and tools, and eager to learn and develop themselves as a person.

What we require

To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience as a UX/UI designer, an education in UX/UI design, proficiency in design tool Figma, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and an agile mindset. You should also be a team-player and a good facilitator, great at visualizing insights from various studies and analyses in customer flows and user journeys, fluent in English and located in Sweden.
