CI/CM DevOps Engineer

Job summary

We are looking for a CICM Engineer role to work within a multi-site assignment in Customized Solutions, location Solna. You will be working together with one of the most Dominant Telecom customers to Customized Solutions.

As a CI Team member within the assignment you will work with the following tasks:

- Work with Hardware & software teams to understand the requirement of the product structure designs & updating the tools diligently.

- Interface towards client to deliver the customer requirements & adhere to the process.

- Be responsible and single point of contact for the release & ownership to approve the documentation & process.

- Focus on working with Project Managers, Architects, experts of the software to coordinate the releases & setup meetings with client during deliveries.

- Coordinate with multiple development teams to cater requirements of the build, test, release flow & implement them.

- Understand hardware needs & coordinate with teams to have a better lab facility.

- Support the teams to have a stable CI Environment.

- Analysis of CI failures, debugging & find root cause, come up with solutions & fix them in discussion with team.

- Understand, discuss with network teams to have better solution for a secure E2E system in alignment with client needs.

- Regular dialogues with customer to coordinate & good follow up to closure of the issues.
Be part of CI Maintenance/Improvement activities like Artifactory back up plans , Jenkins Upgrades, Pipeline updates, framework changes , process improvements for stability of overall CI flow etc

Required Skills/ qualifications:
Mandatory interest towards be part of configuration management.
Good knowledge in Setup of CI End to End flow
Expertise in Artifactory Tools is preferred
Hands on with Jenkins, Pipelines, Groovy , python scripts
Good to have - server management skill, administration skills(not mandatory)
Knowledge about IT-infrastructure and networks : Networking knowledge to have understanding of current network design, and come up with solutions to have a better secured connectivity for client
Hands on with git/gerrit
Preferred Knowledge about IT Security (not mandatory)
Positive attitude towards work, and having fun/healthy team spirit is very important
Ability to communicate well in English
Driven and responsible to volunteer tasks
