At Axis Communications we are passionate about creating a smarter and safer world! Do you want to work with improvement of our global operations and supply chain through the role of a data analyst? We are now looking for a new member to the Analytics team within Operations Development at our headquarters in Lund. You will make a real impact developing solutions for improved decision making throughout our Operations organization.

Who is your future team?
Operations Development is a team of around 15 individuals with expertise including Supply Chain and Operations Management, Project Management, System Management, Innovation, Contract Management and Analytics. Operations Development Analytics is a team within Operations Development with 5-8 Supply Chain-oriented Data & Analytics professionals.

What you'll do here as a Data Analyst:
Your mission will be to drive improvements within operations and our global supply chain, focusing on analytics and business intelligence. You will work with colleagues in our different functions in Operations, understanding their problem and need, and together with them come to a solution for resolving that problem - mainly utilizing our Qlik Sense tool. You will lead these activities from request to implementation.

Your role also means that you play an important role in, together with other colleagues in the Operations Development team and in our IT department, developing our Analytics capabilities as well as improving our data foundation for exciting use cases in the future.

You will:

* Plan, define, develop, and maintain BI applications, mainly Qlik Sense

This is the core of the job and what you will do daily. But we also expect you to:

* Assess actual need and decide course of action together with colleagues
* Drive improvement activities for our way of working with Analytics
* Be an integral part in the work to reshape our data warehouse and strategy for data management

You enjoy not only analytics and business intelligence but finds it exciting and important to learn about Operations, our global supply chain, and the business. This will be important for you to succeed in collaborating with functions across Operations as well as other departments in Axis.

We expect you to have

* Minimum B.S., preferred M.S., university degree in a relevant field
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with business intelligence, utilizing Qlik Sense or a similar tool
* Proven experience from working in supply chain functions in a global environment
* A business-oriented mindset

Meritorious if you have experience working with

* SQL
* Python
* Data management / Data governance
* Machine Learning
