We are now hiring a Java Backend Developer to our development department in Norrköping, consisting of several functional teams from hardware/electronics, embedded software to IoT teams with backend and app development.

What you do

You will be a part of our R&D department where we practice an agile way of working by merging agile development into our traditional core. Each team and member play a key role in driving development forward and innovating vehicle charging of the future.

We design, develop, and build our low voltage and electric vehicle chargers (EVSE) in Norrköping and Vikmanshyttan. All our EVSE products are connected, and our backend solutions serve as integration between chargers and our Charge Point Operators and consumers. You will be a part of the team that continuously develop and maintain our backend solutions. Your team consist of other developers working in scrum or Kanban together with the product owner. The roadmap ahead is managed by our product managers who together holds the vision of our products.

You are passionate to solve both simple and complex problems in the Backend, enabling endless possibilities for end-customer products and services. You are a team player who appreciates a fun, supportive and inclusive environment.

Your skills

- A few years of experience in backend development
- Programming skills; Java, Spring Boot, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Azure DevOps
- Experience of working in teams and cross functional organizations
- An educational background in computer science, software engineering, or similar
- Jira, agile development
