Assignment Description:

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our fast-growing team. As an Expert UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of UX design principles, strong visual and interaction design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. With over 50 positions open, there are ample opportunities for growth and career development within our organization.

What you'll do:

· Collaborate with cross-functional scrum teams to prioritize and work from a backlog, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs.

· Maintain consistency in the user interface by following established design guidelines and patterns.

· Utilize design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar software to communicate and visualize designs and animations.

· Document design solutions and present design proposals during critique sessions and design reviews.

· Contribute to usability testing efforts and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.

Who you are:

· 6+ years of documented experience in User Experience Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.

· Excellent UX design skills and a genuine passion for Digital UI Graphics and UX Design.

· Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and visualization abilities.

· Ability to think holistically across the customer journey and different touchpoints, considering user needs and business objectives.

· Experience writing UX guidelines and creating and utilizing design systems to maintain consistency and efficiency.

· A proactive and hands-on approach to getting things done, with the ability to work in a structured and organized manner.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

· Responsive to feedback and able to follow directions to meet project requirements.
