About the position as UX Designer
In the position as UX Designer at Avinode you will be responsible for the UX/UI progress in your given product team. This means that you will be working with everything from discovery to delivery, from wireframing and low fidelity to high fidelity design. You will be working with complex design of a product that handles big information and data in a fast-changing environment. Even though you are going to have responsible for these areas yourself, you will of course find support in your fellow designers and Head of UX. You’ll be part of a UX guild to ensure uniformity by all products. Contact with users will be done both digital and on site. Lastly, you’ll work in a design system and use Figma as a tool that you also will be part of shaping and maintaining for the future.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all areas of UX in your given product team.
• Work in a UX guild to ensure uniformity by all products.
• Work with users both digital and on site.

About you
To be successful in the role as UX Designer we believe that you have several years of experience within all areas of UX. Working in a design system using Figma is something that you are comfortable with and you have experience in complex interactions and interfaces for web applications.

As a person we believe that you are communicative, curious and have a pedagogic approach. It is also important that you enjoy working both independently and in a team. Lastly it is important that you are fluent in English since this is Avinode’s corporate language.

Important for the position:

• Several years of experience within all areas of UX.
• Several years of experience working in a design system.
• Familiar working in a product team.
• Experience using Figma as a tool.
• Fluent in English.
