Senior Mobile Developer

About the job
Working with our agile teams in Sweden and Poland, the Mobile Developer will help us build modern tools for building mobile clients. The R&D team's goal is to deliver secure, high-performance, cost-effective, and scalable code to support and expand the current functionality. As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will design and implement visual aspects of the mobile application. You will also create reusable components and incorporate them into the business logic layer. Other responsibilities include:

- Continuously improving UI quality in visual, usability and code quality layers

- Cooperating with development team

- Applying long-term UI engineering vision, making the code maintainable, reusable, and clean

- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver business-viable solutions

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer who is passionate about technology and business processes and can support our fast-growing business unit. This is a senior-level role, so we are looking for experienced developers who enjoy mentoring and guiding other developers. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You should have a good understanding of software development methodologies, best practices and experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. In addition, you need:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications.

- Proficiency in C#/.net, with experience using Xamarin for cross-platform mobile development.

- Solid knowledge of modern mobile development techniques for developing on Android and/or iOS, including HTML and CSS for UI development.

- Understanding of common Web Frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) for web development.

- Knowledge of mobile app security best practices, including secure data storage, encryption, and authentication.

- Experience with performance tuning and optimization for mobile applications.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
