What you be doing: 🎯

- As our new backend developer, you'll actively participate in Greenely's growth by:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Python

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions

- Break down complex problems and propose innovative approaches to address them

- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and facilitate discussions to generate collective solutions

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative ideas

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

- Foster a collaborative work environment by actively listening, showing empathy, and offering assistance to colleagues

- Seek and incorporate constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance

Required Skills: 🛠️
We value collaboration and diverse projects, so we're looking for someone who is:

- Extensive experience in backend development using Python

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and facilitating group discussions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with API or web frameworks such as Flask or Django

- Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns

- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git

- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Bonus Skills: 🌟

- Falcon framework experience

- Knowledge of time-series data

- Experience with Docker and IoT-related technologies
