The Team

The role
As a Cloud Developer you will be responsible for spearheading the development of Avaus Factory that is built on an event-driven microservices architecture. You can work from home, in hybrid, or at our Office in Gdansk. To us, results and attitude matter more than the geolocation of your keyboard. You will support and define the product vision and roadmap and share knowledge and best practices. You will secure a high level of knowledge throughout the company within your area of expertise. You will also be doing some of these things:

- Plan and ensure secure and scalable solution design, with a privacy first approach

- Get to work with some of the best professionals in the industry and learn from data management, ML, Algorithms and Marketing & Sales activation.

- Responsibility, freedom to choose your own ways of work and accountability in the form of taking ownership and committing to the goals we set together.

Who are you?
We're looking for a person with a passion for technology and data. People describe you as a team-player and you have the ability to create valuable relationships. You have a strong sense of ownership and want to be part of our journey! Beside your personality, we would also like you to have:

- Proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions in Python

- Experience working in Public cloud on GCP, AWS and/or Azure, with serverless and PaaS

- Experience working with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices architecture

- Experience with building REST APIs

- Fluent in English

Practical information
This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Gdansk office. Starting date August 14, or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace and you will report to Aleksandra Drelicharz, Country Manager.
