What you'll be doing

As a UX Designer at Humblebee you'll play a pivotal role in crafting seamless interactions that captivate audiences. As a key member of our team, you'll take the lead on user research and testing initiatives, exploring innovative ideas through ideation, and translating them into wireframes and prototypes to bring concepts to life. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll foster a culture of collaboration, leveraging your expertise to guide strategic projects for a diverse range of clients.

Is this you?

We're looking for a senior User Experience Designer. You've been working with the nuts and bolts of User Experience for at least 5 years. You're a polished UX tradesman. Check på det. You've got your toolbox. As a master of your craft, you’re able to ideate and prototype services that are iterated and validated through user research and testing and in close collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues. You like to work in the studio environment because you like variation, creativity, collaboration and a great team around you.

- 5+ years' experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

- Problem-solving aptitude.

- Analytical mind with a business perspective.

- Conduct research, qualitative and quantitative.

- Create service concepts through ideation, prototyping and validation.

- Make research findings tangible for stakeholders and product team.

- Communicate concepts and strategy to stakeholders in a way they can understand it.

- Able to facilitate and drive project workshops.

- Able to perform team lead activities.

This position is full-time and based in our Gothenburg office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). For this position a Swedish work permit is required. We do not offer relocation assistance or Visa sponsorship.
