Area Manager - Business Applications Operations and 3rd party

Verisure Innovation is seeking an innovative Software Developer to support the growing operations of our Business Application department.  
 
Verisure Innovation in Malmö is Sweden’s award-winning innovation center for the connected & protected smart-home market. We create services and IoT products for smarter, safer and more secure homes, serving customers throughout Northern Europe. 
 
About the job 
You will join a full stack team where we value openness to different technologies with a focus on backend development where you manage to connect and work with frontend ensuring user friendly applications. You will be a key member of the Checkout team in the Sales and Finance area and will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and colleagues in our different countries. 
 
What you’ll be up to 
• Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment 
• Design, deploy and manage the microservices, using Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Work with requirements analysis and break down from high level business and technical requirements 
• Collaborate with multiple Scrum teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Users 
• Provide continuous support to the applications developed and built by the team 
• Understand both technical and consumer needs and implement solutions designed to meet those requirements  
 
About you

Furthermore, you are always open to learn from others and you’re characterized by a forward thinking and innovative mindset. 

You’ve worked as a Software Developer for a couple of years. You have a good understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and the iterative way of working. You have a positive attitude towards working full stack with both backend and frontend technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, REST apis, MySQL, Java, Spring Boot and Angular. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
