UX Designer, business focus

You are passionate about the user and simplicity in everything you do. You love to familiarize yourself with new things and understand that we achieve the best results together with our customers.

Your every day work tasks include but are not limited to:

• Analysis of user behaviors (interview users, analyze analytics data, identify, and understand pain-points)
• Create UX designs, interact with and support the development teams
• Wireframing and UI prototyping by creating blueprints of the interfaces needed for the interaction
• Learning and understanding the domain to bring innovative and technical solutions
• Visual Communication, being knowledgeable in layout, color, typography, icons, images, and design theory.

You should be competent in the understanding and implementation of design and

- Visual eye that appreciates craft and attention to detail

- You have some understanding of technical possibilities

- Great prototyping skills

- Experience with Figma, Adobe creative suite, Sketch, Invision Prototypr, Adobe XD or similar tools.

- Experience from working with digital services and interface development

• Understanding about how business functions
• International experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills as needed
• Proficient in English language
