We are now looking for a Product Data Scientist with ML competence to join our Rillion team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, supporting and guiding teams with data science and ML competence.

What you will do (responsibilities):

• Competence center for common ML models and their capabilities to support development team’s in implementation and competence around them.
• Design, develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
• Evaluate effectiveness of data collection, data quality, and data usage
• Identify new opportunities for process improvement
• Provide technical expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering departments to understand company needs and devise possible solutions.

What we look for (requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a data science role
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.
• Experience with common data science toolkits such as Python (NumPy, Pandas), R, SQL, etc.
• Good applied statistics skills such as distributions, statistical testing, regression analysis etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
