Test Strategy Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Test Strategy Engineer who will contribute throughout the product development cycle, from concept to final product, working alongside an exceptional team.

In this role, you will tackle complex interdisciplinary challenges, collaborating with highly skilled colleagues to find innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the development of world-leading products in intensive care and anesthesia.

What You’ll Do:

· Implement testing strategies and drive the testing team towards automated testing

· Ensure alignment and coordination among international teams

· Make critical technical decisions and thrive in high-expectation environments

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address potential challenges and maintain high-quality standards

· Utilize automated testing frameworks and tools

· Apply knowledge of Linux and proficiency in C++/Python/Squinch

· Demonstrate interest in CI/CD practices and advanced healthcare in intensive care and anesthesiology

· Lead the implementation of automated testing strategies

· Provide technical leadership to the testing team

· Conduct risk analysis and contribute to the maintenance of high-quality standards

Who You Are:

· Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer

· Proven technical leadership skills in driving a testing team towards automated testing

· Expertise in risk analysis, addressing potential challenges, and maintaining high-quality standards

· Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, preferably in international settings

· Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Basic fluency in Swedish is preferable

· Experience with automated testing frameworks

· Knowledge of Linux, C++/Python/Squinch

· Interest in CI/CD practices
