Who are we?
The automotive industry is undergoing a rapid transformation with major technology shifts occurring. At Test Automation & Verification Framework our mission is to establish an integration and verification environment that enables continuous integration, thus reducing lead time-to-market and increasing product quality. We are responsible for the continuous integration of all internally-developed software and the tool chain at Volvo Trucks Vehicle Technology. We are looking for a Senior Python Developer for one of our agile teams involved in the development of the verification framework.

As a person, you can take own initiatives and drive them forward with a business and customer mindset. You have excellent communication skills & good at networking with people. You also have a positive attitude and adapt to changing conditions.
We also expect that you are a proactive team player, result oriented, willing to share your knowledge and, at the same time be receptive.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in embedded software development:
- Knowledge in object oriented programming / Python 3 / multi processing / multi threading
- Knowledge in message queues / network communication protocols
- M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Meritorious to have
- Experience with embedded automotive
- Experience with verification framework development.
- Experience with UI, databases, metrics and dashboards.
