Role Description
The Mobile Developer will report directly to the Head of Development. The role will involve working as a team on our existing mobile products. The applicant will also be comfortable with designing and developing new applications independently.
Mobile applications are developed using native SDKs and also using HTML5 using 3rd party frameworks for communication between the web view and native plugins.
Key Responsibilities
Size accurately projects supplied by the business
Develop systems using efficient, secure and clear code following industry and company standards.
Research of key areas of interest and document a report of findings.
Work alongside the support team in assisting with resolving production issue.
Experience Required
Degree in a related field.
2+ Years Commercial Development experience
Competent with Linux
2+ Years experience with HTML / CSS / Javascript
Bonus Experience
Android, iOS and / or Windows Mobile native development
PhoneGap/Cordova
Sencha
jQuery in or out of mobile application development
REST client communication via JSON or XML
