Are you a customer oriented software developer who is interested in solving our customer’s problems and challenges? Do you want to be part of an innovative team solving our customer’s business problems?

As a Support Engineer you will guide and direct our clients in the use of MediationZone and provide subject matter expertise. You will be responsible for delivering expert advice, timely problem resolution as well as implementing, testing and delivering our solutions to our customers.

You will guide and direct our client’s use of MediationZone, its key features, functions and deployment options and act as a trusted client interface for both technical and general account issues.

We are looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Engineering and experience in programming, preferably Java. Experience with Unix/Linux, scripting, SQL and NoSQL databases is desirable. You need to be fluent in English, reading and writing. Previous experience from the Telecom industry is a big plus.

As a person you are hands-on with customer focus. You are able to work on own initiative and a good team player. You thrive around challenges and good at analysis and problem solving.
