At Axis we are now looking for a Digital Asset Management System Owner to join us at our HQ in Lund, Sweden.
Who is your future team?
Our Web/UX department at Axis gathers developer and UX competencies in a team that, together with the rest of Axis, builds and maintains a number of web applications but with a main focus on http://www.axis.com.

What you'll do here as DAM System Owner?
We are looking for a new member to our team that will be central to our ongoing work with Digital Asset Management (DAM). Digital asset management is both the framework and the practice of administering, organizing, and distributing media files within the organization. At Axis we use our DAM to feed integrating systems with the correct content at the right time, as well as provide (hundreds of) users with ways to store, find and share media files as easy and secure as possible. We are looking for a person who can continue to refine and support the existing solution, as well as taking Axis DAM into the future. The role will entail both day to day activities onboarding new users and helping them in their daily work as well as being a part of the long term development of the system.
Things you need to know and will be managing in our DAM solution:
* Metadata and taxonomy setup and maintenance (best practice)
* User permissions, user groups and roles
* Asset lifecycle and versioning
* Statistics (PostgreSQL)
* AD administration
* Jira/Service Now/Confluence (handling?)
* System support
* Vendor/Project management
* Onboard and educate users and departments.
