About the Role

With vertical mobile content formats dominating social media, we recognize the need for immersive mobile experiences to capture Generation Z's attention on the open web. Our project, codenamed "Storylines," is set to introduce next-generation mobile content experiences that will transform the way publishers engage their audiences.

As a full-stack developer, you will play a key role in bringing our vision to life. Collaborating closely with our project team, you will develop and enhance the product and platform, focusing on creating immersive vertical video content flows that drive engagement and create a completely new advertising inventory on the open web.

You will be responsible for innovating new product ideas, building and maintaining the Storylines video player and CMS, and ensuring that our platform provides easy content upload, editing, and management for SeenThis clients. Your expertise will also be crucial in optimizing load times and data usage while still ensuring maximum quality by leveraging our lightweight streaming technology.

For this role, we seek an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is not afraid to take the lead and bring fresh ideas to the table. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving atmosphere, have experience working with startups, and enjoy working closely with clients, we want to hear from you!

Given that this role requires both high technical expertise and experience in working on similar projects with clients, we believe you need at least 5 years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development.

The following additional skills and experiences would be beneficial in enhancing our project and contributing to the success of our new product:

- Developing web applications with ReactJS or VUE

- Building scalable and performant APIs using Node.js

- Working with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform

- Familiarity with HLS video streaming
