About this position
As a UX designer and lead at Podme you’ll work holistically with the entire product and services, from understanding user needs, doing research, creating concepts, crafting design, carrying out user tests and optimising the user experience. The role is expected to bring a strong user centric product development approach and an enthusiasm for user research, and will first and foremost work together with the product team, but also the larger Podme organisation, in bridging business and user needs.

- The position is based in Stockholm, but will work with both our Swedish and Polish offices.
- You will work hybrid with 2-3 days at office (frequency can be discussed)
- Fluency in English is required
- You will report to CPO

- Establish and evangelise a user centric design process
- Create, refine and follow up designs, concepts for our product, to drive engagement and loyalty
- User needs are taken into the equation of our business goals
- Conduct qualitative user research
- Lead and grow our talented design team

Who you are

- You have minimum 3 years experience of working as a UX designer
- You have proven experience in working UX design teams
- You know and love research
- You have worked as an active ambassador for SEO initiatives and understand the importance of constant improvements
- You are thorough and enjoy using data for insights, ideation and improving your area.
- You are good at presenting and have an eye for details
- You think Lean and act Agile

Bonus skills

- You have worked with streaming services
- Have created or maintained design systems across different platforms
- You have experience with facilitating ideation workshops and getting people on-board
