About the job

You will be part of and technically lead a completely new team consisting of both developers and testers who are jointly responsible for building a completely new system to manage the bank's loan securities. As a Tech Lead, you drive and coordinate the team's work in designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and high-quality IT solutions. The development of solutions takes place in close collaboration and with the support of our architects and product owners.

Furthermore, engagement, a deep interest in technology, and individual responsibility are required. The work also includes regular contact with our internal customers/stakeholders and other maintenance and operations teams. We expect you to be an active participant in improving our work methods, practices, and tools.

We are looking for someone with experience in .NET development with C#, preferably with a focus on the backend, and experience working with Microservices, REST API, and CI/CD. Frontend development experience is desirable to understand the bigger picture.

Additionally, experience with Docker and related technologies for Cloud development is preferred. Experience in other programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go is also considered a merit.
