Program Manager for HID Global's Secure Identity

HID SIS is developed by multiple initiatives and teams in several parts of the world. The teams practice agile development (Scrum/Lean) and work tightly with other group units, partners and system integrators to enable mobile access in phones, networks and backend systems.

We are currently looking for a skilled Program Manager with the following merits:

- Cutting straight to what's relevant and concisely ask the right questions and translate problems into efficiencies, with the experience and hard-won wisdom to make things run with apparent effortlessness
- Structured, curious, passionate and able to bring people on board
- Ability to formulate, read and interpret customer needs, user stories, specifications and to make things happen
- Solid experience of coordinating large engineering initiatives and coaching teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to deliver the right functions on time in a transparent and positive way
- Leading large scale agile initiatives across multiple sites and cultures
- Prepare project status reports and keep management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues
- Following product development process and methodology while continuously trying to improve practices and working through impediments or resistance as needed
- Making sure business, training, technical services, IT, legal, market communication, product marketing and other internal stakeholders in a large organization like ours are onboard with plans and have the information needed to bring our solutions to the market
- Ability to see the bigger picture, identify gaps and bridge them or make the teams or partners address them
- Self-going, able to prioritize and deliver in a busy environment on an individual as well as on a management level
- Likes to keep things together and to make people happy, energized and motivated
- Excellent English, a work permit to work in Stockholm, Sweden, and the ability to go on business trips to primarily the US, India, UK or Germany to meet the teams and stakeholders now and then
