All about the role:

Electrolux is building and strengthening the Digital Product Organization to deliver highly scalable services and world-class product experiences for our connected appliances.

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join the team and take responsibility for contributing to the development of the new IoT Mobile App. Responsibilities will be from testing our mobile solution for connected appliances, identifying bugs, developing automation tests to working with a global team spread across different locations worldwide will be yours the day-to-day business.

What you'll do:

You will be working in contact with many parties that are involved in the development of Electrolux connectable products such as Digital Products, IT, R&D, Marketing and Design. Problem solving, cooperating with coworkers with different backgrounds, point of views and various cultures will be essential.

You will:

· Test industry leading mobile app for connected appliances on a global scale.

· Regression testing as releases move through different environments.

· Identify, record, document and track bugs following Agile practices.

· Develop and maintain automation tests.

· Commit to completing well-defined work and deliver on those commitments.

Who you are:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field or equivalent work experience.

· Strong experience with manual, automation and exploratory testing.

· Familiarity with IoT testing is desirable, but not mandatory.

· Good skills in at least one programming language. Beneficial if you know languages such as Kotlin and Swift.

· Good to have experience on Jira, Postman, Bitbucket, Git, and mobile automation testing tools such as Android’s Jetpack Compose, Espresso, UI Automator, iOS’s XCUITest, or cross-platform options like Appium. Familiarity with test management tools like Qmetry.

· Strong logical reasoning abilities, excellent verbal communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, and good debugging skills.

· Demonstrating an active and positive work ethic, and willingness to learn and help others.
