Product Owner

Position
Magine Pro is looking for an Apps Maestro (aka Product Owner) with a background in digital media (preferably streaming) and with a history of focusing on the user experience.

As a Product Owner for a SaaS platform catering to OTT services, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the product, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional experiences to users.

Your role:

As a Product Owner you must continuously adapt and listen in on the ever evolving media streaming landscape. You will need to work cross-functionally, by connecting different departments and specialties, to guide products from conception to launch. You will be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution product cycle, focusing specifically on prioritizing the backlog in direct connection with product roadmap and strategy, and tailoring our solutions to be market fit.

- Defining the product vision in collaboration with the Head of Product & Platform
- Prioritising the product backlog
- Collaborate with the engineering team and ensure all parties understands the requirements and priorities for each item in the product backlog
- Monitor progress against KPIs
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the product
- Track the performance and data after releasing a feature
- Survey market trends

Where:

- Stockholm, Sweden* - Hybrid, but during the onboarding 100% at the office

Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications (e.g., CSPO, Agile) are a plus.
- Requirements gathering and scope management (translating and prioritising requests)
- Breaking down complex issues, to small and tangible tasks, while being able to communicate the solution in an understandable way to a diverse audiences
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment
- Translating customer feedback into a commercially viable product
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and the ability to advocate for a superior user experience
