Full-stack Lead Developer

We are looking for a kick-ass full-stack web developer to form the backbone of our development team at &frankly. You know your way around both front-end (CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery, HTML5) and back-end (AWS, Linux, MySQL, PHP, REST-based APIs, 3rd party integrations), refuse to work with anything but awesome UI/UX design and really hate Comic Sans. Experience with mobile apps (iOS and/or Android) is a plus.

You have previous experience from, and love, early stage projects and know how to balance productivity with perfection. You enjoy working in short and agile sprints to develop new customer-facing functionality, refactor our codebase (help us choose our next framework! Should we do Angular, Node or Golang next?), set up development and release tools or make our infrastructure scale to handle millions of users in real-time. Preferably you’ve at some point had to solve how to scale a web service both infrastructure- and application-wise. Oh, and did we mention we take security dead-seriously?
