About the position

We are embarking on an exciting journey in terms of both technology and work methodologies, and you will have a great opportunity to be involved and make an impact. As a Salesforce developer at E.ON, you will play a key part in building smooth experiences for our customers in their interactions with our company. You will also help to create convenient tools for our colleagues to carry out different types of business activities that improve interactions with our customers, from recommending suitable energy contracts to supporting the installation of solar panels.

We are interested in both junior, medior and senior levels of Salesforce development experience. As a junior developer, you will have a unique opportunity to increase your skills and work with some of the best Salesforce experts on building our new platform. As a medior or senior developer, you will be able to make important decisions on how to build new Salesforce solutions that really make a difference in helping our customers transition to renewable energy sources. As a senior developer you will have the opportunity to excel in our team as an architect.

Your tasks will include:

* Salesforce configuration as well as development of Lightning Components and Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
* Application development, including Lightning pages and Web Components
* Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updated code using Flosum 
* Testing (unit and systems), debugging as well as resolving incidents
* Striving towards coding best practices and data quality
* Support in mapping business functional requirements to system/technical requirements
* Contributing to technical documentation

The role is located in Malmö.

About the profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have previous experience in Salesforce development and familiar with Salesforce configuration with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Salesforce and Apex development. It is important to have experience from agile development teams and to be familiar with the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including at least one of the following: Flow Builder, Workflows, or Lightning App Builder and Service Cloud platform. While certifications are desirable, they are not mandatory, as they can be part of your learning journey with us.

Additional desirable but not necessary skills and experiences are:

- Competency in HTML, XML, SQL, Javascript, Java or C++, REST-based web services
- Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Active in the Salesforce community and following recent releases and updates
- Jira and Confluence

Experience of the Energy & Utilities sector is a bonus, but not a requirement.
