Software Engineer within Anti-Financial Crime (Sanction)

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Be a part of a prioritized area of Swedbank and play a key role ensuring that Swedbank has an updated and functioning AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and sanction monitoring solution that meets regulatory requirements

Support Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) to be successful in their work to detect suspected Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Sanction violation cases

Collaborate with other team members in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working

- Willing to learn new things and self-leadership is the common key for joining the team

What is needed in this role:
- We want you to be comfortable in Linux and SQL

- And we are working with Websphere and ETL as well

- We want you to be willing to work with production support and have on-call (after internal training)

- We expect you have an interest in technical troubleshooting

- Since we are using SAFe framework Agile is the way of working for Swedbank

- Work closely with business analyst and developers to deliver improvements

- Knowledge in banking, AML or sanctions is an advantage

- Support users and stakeholders is a part of the job

- Good team player that agrees with Swedbank’s values of Open, Simple and Caring and we are more interested in you than the deep technical skills
