Assignment Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT M365 Specialist to join our team

What you will work on:

• Lead and manage M365 projects with a specific focus on Teams, SharePoint online, and SharePoint 2019 on-premises.
• Utilize expertise in M365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Groups, and Power Automate (Flow) to develop efficient solutions.
• Handle SharePoint OnPrem operations, including patching and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth functionality.
• Serve as a senior advisor, providing expert guidance on technology and architecture, and lead service development and delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through effective communication and collaboration with customers.
• Implement ITIL processes and lead life cycle management for realized solutions.
• Utilize PowerShell programming, including SharePoint PowerShell PnP, to automate tasks and optimize processes.
• Utilize Azure services such as Automation Account, Logic Apps, and App Services to enhance functionality.

What you bring:

• Solid competence and extensive experience working with M365, specifically focusing on Teams, SharePoint online, and SharePoint 2019 on-premises.
• Proficient in various M365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Groups, and Power Automate (Flow).
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint OnPrem, including backend operations such as patching and troubleshooting.
• Experienced as a senior advisor with expert competence in technology and architecture, capable of leading delivery and service development.
• Proven experience in interpreting and translating business requirements into technical solutions through close collaboration with customers.
• Good knowledge and experience of working according to ITIL processes and leading the life cycle management of implemented solutions.
• Strong experience in PowerShell programming, including SharePoint PowerShell PnP.
• Familiarity with Azure services like Automation Account, Logic Apps, and App Services.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Meritorious Skills:

• Experience in programming with Python.
• Previous work experience in public activities and large organizations.
•
