About this opportunity
Welcome to the IT Analysis unit. You’ll join Requirements and Analysis team, where we help our business stakeholders in designing innovative, outstanding products and solutions with focus on the customer, added value and ongoing risk mitigation.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be working on fund distribution platform, where you will be working with various activities related to fund, customer and the platform. Your key deliveries will be: Process modelling, user Interface - prototyping and design
Data Mapping also mapping business processes and to suggest possible IT solutions
Migration of data within or outside the platform
Analyse and translate business and technical requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
Co-create with Architects the high level design for intended solutions
Map business processes and suggest possible IT solutions
Collaborate with Product manager, Architect, Lead Developers and other ART (Agile Release Train) team members

Have great analytical skills and business understanding
Are proactive, detail-oriented and quality driven
Are familiar with agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
Preferred – If you have background from finance industry and have worked in investment & funds area

Your experience and background:
Experience in SQL and data platform such as Hadoop
Experience in Java, webservices, API, Kafka
Familiarity and/or experience within Finance and Banking, cloud infrastructure and microservices
Experience in IT or business analysis
Enjoys working in diverse and international environment
Self-driven and self-organized
