Hi! My name is Emma Craig, and I am responsible for the Halebop Tribe. We are looking for a new superstar to join our team. A superstar, who is a curious, self-driven, teamwork focused on achieving conversion improvements from improved customer experience. At Halebop we are multi-taskers with broad roles and huge opportunities to see your impact to the business and our customers daily. We make things happen and celebrate our wins together, learn from our mistakes together and focus on delivering even better than we did before. The team you would join, is waiting for you with open arms.

At Halebop we are a small team, and no one is caged in to only delivering in one area, everyone has hybrid roles and is expected to help out other team members where needed. Likely your job will be a mix between IX, UI and AD rather than a pure UX role.

Your next job with us will cover practically all our customer’s lifecycle. Everything from web shop to MittHalebop app and web as well as support and chat flows, but also more. What this means is no matter what reason or platform the customer chooses; your job will be to give the customer the best digital experience in the market. Initially, most of your projects will come from colleagues at Halebop, but we believe and want you to spot opportunities to improve and run your own projects to improve conversion and the customer experience. We have ambitious goals, and we want you to be a part of it! You will work closely with all of Halebop, everything from our online sales manager to our marketing automation specialist to our marketing team.

Is this you?

We are looking for an experienced designer with a broad knowledge in UX and UI. Someone, who can make sure that the organization has the tools and “know-how” to participate in and drive change via a customer-centric and data informed approach. How long you have worked as a designer or what your academic background is, is secondary to us because what is important is output you deliver for us. Having a diverse portfolio and references will be what sells you to us. We also welcome hybrid role applications.
